Most of my services are provided free of charge to clients because travel suppliers pay a commission to TAs. That is true for hotels, cruises, business/first class airfare, guided tours, car rentals, airport transfers, and a great variety of activities. I may sometimes charge a planning fee for other services, such as train tickets, coach air travel, non-hotel accommodations, and restaurant reservations.
Whenever possible, I also get great perks for my clients. That may include a room/cabin upgrade, resort/onboard credits, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and early check in/late checkout.
