Everybody approaches travel in their own unique way. Some people come to me with a firm idea of the hotels or cruises where they want to spend their vacation – and they want my help for ease of booking and awesome perks. Others want destination research and planning from a trusted expert and they will engage me for more curated travel planning and booking. Either way, I have you covered!
Kinds of Trips I Plan
Travel is often about kicking into vacation mode – relaxing, looking for fun things to do, enjoying spa treatments, going to theme parks, seeing iconic sites, hanging by the pool, snorkeling the reefs, touring gorgeous gardens, hiking, sailing, city walking tours, food tours, cooking classes, wine tastings, etc.
BUT travel can also be about touring colleges with your kids or grandkids, checking into cities around the country on business trips, going to special-interest conferences, or following your favorite band around Europe.
AND travel can also be about family reunions, special places to pop the question, destination weddings, honeymoons, mini-moons, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events in your life.
I love working with my clients to understand exactly why they want to travel and what will help make it memorable in the best possible way while leaving the heavy lifting of organizing, booking, and managing everything to me. I’ve been honored to be part of some beautiful beach front marriage proposals, mother/daughter graduation tours of Europe, grandparents celebrating their legacy with a multi-gen family cruise, and more.

So far this year, I’ve booked solo travelers, couples, and extended families to the following places:

- A five-star luxury cruise from Normandy to London

- Memorable nights letting the good times roll in New Orleans

I’m also working on future itineraries for Japan, Italy, Spain, Greece, and Los Angeles, California.
While I have travelled to many of these places myself, and love to provide personal insights, I am able to book anywhere in the world because I have the resources and support of the Fora agency network. This allows me to ask questions of destination-specific travel agents in my network, dig into information from fellow travel advisors that never surfaces on the internet or social media, and leverage industry tools to find the best value for my clients.
Complimentary Hotel/Cruise Booking
Bookings at participating hotels and cruises are free of charge when clients have already identified where and when they want to stay, either at a specific hotel, a cruise line/destination, or in a single location. By booking these trips with me, you’ll be able to enjoy all the preferred partner benefits described above.
For your convenience, I also work with vendors around the world to provide local activities guided tours, cooking classes, wine tastings, airport transfers, car rentals, and travel insurance.
I earn commissions from activities, accommodations, transfers, and cruises. For simple one-stop stays or cruise packages, there’s usually no extra charge to you as long as I make and manage the reservations for you. If you prefer to book on your own, I charge a nominal planning fee based on your days of travel.
While I can help you build loyalty points by using your preferred hotels, I do not typically book accommodations using points because those transactions are not commissionable. As an exception, I can book with points when I charge a planning fee.
Please note that I am independent and do not earn a salary from Fora or any other entity. My commissions and planning fees are how my small business thrives.
Itinerary Planning Fees
When more research is needed – such as itineraries with multiple stops – I have the skills and resources to deliver exactly what you need. I can research and plan your travel from beginning to end, including your business/first class airfare, ground transportation, memorable activities, insider tours, restaurant reservations, or whatever you might need.
For itinerary research and planning, my service fee starts at $50 per day of travel. If your plans span one week, that would be a $350 planning fee. For two weeks, that would be $700. This fee is collected up front and is nonrefundable.

It’s worth noting that these fees are often offset by the value of the exclusive perks and upgrades you can receive.
